Fraternal Experience
The program accommodates a maximum of fifteen students, allowing our faculty to provide personalized guidance in areas such as character formation, theological vision, and thesis development.
Elevated Environment
DMin intensives at The Grimké House encourage advanced theological discourse among pastor-theologians in a vibrant academic environment.
Faithful Writing
As a DMin student, you will learn to engage in advanced theological research and comprehensive, faithful writing for the good of your church and the broader evangelical landscape.

In the first two years, you will complete eight seminars for advanced theological and leadership training, joining us for three in-person intensives each year. During the first half of your DMin, you will meet in Richmond, VA, for three four-day intensives. Once in the spring and fall, you will immerse yourself in the culture at Grimké. At these two intensives, you will worship and fellowship alongside our larger student body while working on your thesis. At the stand-alone DMin summer intensive, you will enjoy advanced instruction and intimate dialogue regarding your DMin seminars.
