Professor of Christian Ministry, Managing Editor

Joe Holland is a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). He has served in numerous pastoral roles for two decades, including assistant pastor, associate pastor, church planter, and lead pastor. Joe is an author and editor, currently serving as the managing editor of Sola Ecclesia, the theological journal of Grimké Seminary. He has also worked for other Christian publishing organizations on projects including book publishing, study Bible development, online Christian education platforms, website development, and theological journal publication. He is an entrepreneur who has earned advanced credentials in project management and executive coaching, with a desire to see leaders in pastoral and marketplace contexts lead their organizations in a way that is faithful to the Reformed Protestant tradition. Joe lives in Culpeper, Va, with his wife, Hallie, and their four sons.
