Raphael has served as the Lead Pastor of City Church in Williamsport, PA since January 2015. Before replanting City Church, he served as the Youth and Associate Pastor at City Chapel in Grand Prairie, TX, Youth Pastor at Fellowship of Joy in Grand Prairie, TX, a missionary with YWAM in several countries, and a Student Evangelist with Scripture Union Zimbabwe. Dr. Mnkandhla was born and raised in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He is married to Heidi, and they have four sons, Judah, Cooper, Dejahn, and Liam, as well as two daughters, Ellie and Aliyah.
