Tony Merida brings a wealth of experience as a pastor (Temple Baptist, Hattiesburg, MS) church planter (Imago Dei, Raleigh, NC), and professor (New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, LA; Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC; University of Mobile, Mobile, AL). He is a Council Member of The Gospel Coalition and Director of Theological Training for Acts 29. He is also the author of numerous books, including The Christ-Centered Expositor, Ordinary, Love Your Church, and Orphanology as well as eight volumes in the Christ-Centered Exposition commentary series, which he co-edits. Tony and his wife, Kimberly, have five adopted children.
