Degree Details

36 Hour Degree

In addition to the core courses, students select eight electives to complete the remainder of the degree. Totaling thirty-six credit hours, the STM can be completed in two years of full-time study.

Prerequisites

Students must first complete Grimké Seminary’s Master of Theological Studies (MTS) forty-eight hour degree, Grimké’s Bachelor of Divinity (BDiv) degree, or an equivalent master’s degree of at least forty-eight hours of theological education.
